Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with every build. Your payment is held in escrow throughout the build process and only released when you approve the final result. If we don't deliver what was promised, you get your money back.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Burooj build comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your build is delivered. During this period, you may request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked.

How the Escrow System Works

  1. You add credits to your Burooj wallet via our secure payment processor (Paddle).
  2. When you start a build, the build cost is held in escrow — reserved from your wallet balance but not charged.
  3. During the build, you can review progress at any stage. If the build fails our automated quality checks, the escrow is released back to your wallet automatically.
  4. When the build completes, you review the result. If you approve, the escrow is settled. If you reject, the funds return to your wallet.

Automatic Refund Scenarios

You receive an automatic, immediate refund to your wallet balance if:

Manual Refund Requests

If your build completed but does not meet the specification you described in the conversation, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To request a refund:

  1. Email support@burooj.ai with your build ID and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review the build against your original specification within 2 business days.
  3. If the build materially deviates from the agreed specification, we will issue a full refund to your wallet or original payment method (your choice).

Partial Refunds

In cases where the build partially meets the specification, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unmet requirements. You will always be consulted before a partial refund is issued.

After the 14-Day Guarantee Period

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may decline a refund if:

Wallet Balance Refunds

Unused wallet credits (not tied to a build) can be refunded to your original payment method at any time. Email support@burooj.ai and we will process the refund within 5 business days. Paddle (our payment processor) handles the actual refund to your card or payment method.
